Kristen Anne Bell is an American actor and singer born in the year 1980. The actress was born in Huntington Woods and raised there. Bell is the daughter of Lorelei Frygier as well as Tom Bell. She has Polish (mother's) as well as German (father's), English, Irish and Scottish ancestry. Kristen realized her potential in the entertainment industry in her early years. When she was in 1992, she attended her first audition. She got the role on Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell was appointed by her mom as an agent when she was 13 years old. Then, she was chosen for the newspaper advertisements and commercials for TV. Also, she began private acting classes around that time. Bell was on the screen in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998, as an uncredited actress. Bell was a student at Shrine Catholic High School and was part of music and drama clubs. Bell was cast as Dorothy in the school production in The Wizard of Oz. Bell attended New York City for the Tisch School of the Arts to study musical theatre after graduation. In 2001, Bell went to university and decided to portray the character in the role of Becky as Becky in Tom Sawyer. In the same year, she starred in Pootie Tang, but the scene where she played the role was removed. This meant that the credit sequence is all that exists. Bell made an appearance in Broadway for the first time in The Crucible, a revival which featured Liam Neeson with Angela Bettis.
